Terms & Conditions

1. General Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Bridgefast Limited and any individual or entity ("Investor") who deposits funds into any of our investment plans.

By registering an account and making a deposit, you confirm that:

• You are at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You are legally permitted to invest in your country of residence.
• You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
• You understand that all investments carry risk.

• All deposits must meet the minimum threshold of the selected investment plan.
• Deposits are accepted only through approved payment methods listed on the platform.
• Once a deposit is confirmed and a plan is activated, funds are immediately allocated to the investment portfolio.
• The Company reserves the right to reject any deposit at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
• All deposits must be made in the investor's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

4. Withdrawals

• Starter Plan profit withdrawals are processed every 30 days.
• Growth Plan profit withdrawals are processed every 3 months.
• Premium Plan profit withdrawals are processed every 12 months.
• VIP / Elite Plan profit withdrawals are processed daily as agreed.
• Capital withdrawals are only available at the end of the investment term.
• Early withdrawal of capital may incur a penalty fee of up to 10% of the principal amount.
• All withdrawal requests must be submitted through the investor dashboard.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 3–7 business days.
• The Company reserves the right to delay withdrawals in cases of fraud investigations, compliance reviews, or technical issues.

5. Account Registration

• Investors must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• Each individual or entity is permitted to maintain only one investor account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• The Company will never request your password via email, telephone, or chat.
• Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported immediately.

6. Know Your Customer (KYC) & Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

The Company complies with applicable KYC and Anti-Money Laundering regulations and may require identity verification before allowing deposits, withdrawals, or account access.

• Government-issued identification (passport, national ID, or driver's license).
• Proof of address issued within the last three months.
• Source of funds declaration where required.
• Additional documentation may be requested at the Company's discretion.
• Failure to provide verification documents may result in account suspension and delayed withdrawals.
• The Company reserves the right to report suspicious activities to relevant authorities.

7. Referral Program

• The Company may offer referral bonuses at its sole discretion.
• Referral rewards are earned only when a referred investor makes a qualifying deposit and activates an investment plan.
• Referral bonuses are not guaranteed and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
• Abuse of the referral program may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of bonuses.

8. Fees & Charges

• Early withdrawal penalty: Up to 10% of principal.
• Transaction or processing fees may apply and will be displayed when applicable.
• An inactivity fee may be charged on dormant accounts after 12 months of inactivity.
• All fees will be disclosed before a transaction is confirmed.

9. Termination of Account

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any investor account if:

• False information was provided during registration.
• Fraudulent activity is detected.
• KYC or AML requirements are not met.
• These Terms and Conditions are violated.

Upon termination, any outstanding returns or principal shall be handled in accordance with the Company's compliance procedures and applicable laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

• The Company shall not be liable for technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
• The Company shall not be liable for unauthorized account access caused by investor negligence.
• The Company shall not be liable for force majeure events including natural disasters, war, government actions, or regulatory changes.
• The Company's total liability to any investor shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that investor.

11. Privacy Policy

• The Company collects and processes personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
• Your personal information will not be sold to third parties.
• Information may be shared with regulators or authorities where legally required.
• By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your information for account administration, compliance, and service delivery purposes.

12. Amendments

• The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• Investors will be notified of significant changes through email or platform notifications where appropriate.
• Continued use of the platform after amendments become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
